Entrepreneur and investor Nadia Momin Imam is based in the heart of London, with headquarters in Mayfair. She is the chairperson of the care home Innova Care and a director and shareholder of the companies NMI PE Investments Ltd, NMI Property Holdings Ltd and NMI Ventures Ltd.

NMI Ventures Ltd is an investment holding company with current holdings including the recruitment agency TaskMaster and the I4 Group. The latter, a specialist outsourced payroll provider with a turnover of £50 million, partners with end clients and recruitment agencies to provide a friendly and highly efficient service. The company has been operating since 2005, making it one of the industry’s most experienced and longest serving providers of payroll services geared to the freelance market.

Nadia’s involvement with Innova Care reflects her keen interest in children with special needs, particularly autism. The care home provides support for individuals with a range of disabilities in a pleasant bungalow set within large grounds. Innova Care’s team has expertise across a variety of specialisms, including supporting those with multiple, complex and profound needs. This support is offered within a friendly space designed to facilitate the making of new friends, allowing individuals to explore a range of activities and hobbies.

From 2003 to 2005, Nadia studied at the University of Warwick, graduating with a MS degree in globalisation. As part of her academic endeavours, she covered topics such as global competition law, environmental energy law, public international law, international human rights law, and international and European legal responses to terrorism. Nadia also holds a BSc degree in economics from SOAS University of London.
